Well you'll have to be more specific.
Like do can you stay asleep through the entire night, is it just falling alseep, or both?
I had that problem too, I think it's because I tried to hard and I had too many things on my mind I can't stop thinking about.
One of my teacher's(and brother's friend) told me to keep my eyes open, and that after a while they'll tire off and close. It actually worked..
If you're a light sleeper,try to lock the door or something,maybe completely close the blinds or find someway to keep the room darker.
What time do you go to bed and wake up?
