need help with hair

i have a problem.i like my hair but...its just so plain.i need advice to make it stand out more.and my school doesnt allow crazy colors or highlights.soo any advice?

I suggest getting it cut into layers... Straighten it and use lots of hairspray and gel for volume and stuff ^^ Also, get your bangs (Fringe) to the side of your face and grow them out so they cover one eye. Also, grow your hair out if at all possible.
