I've been feeling down a lot lately. And I'm scared I'm gonna start again.

usually if i feel down
i really try hard to feel positive
or maybe i try to hang out with friends.
one time i went outside on my bench and just stayed there for a while.
after that.
i got better
i also listened to a song which reminded me of my boyfriend since he's gonna be on for 3 days.
that really helped me.
