it hurts..alot to watch your dreams walk away every sunday
it hurts..to let go of your world
it hurts..to move away and lose your friends, your girlfriend, your life
it hurts..to see the things i see every day
it hurts..to wake up not knowing that everything is going to be ok
it hurts..to watch other guys try to take my world away from me
it hurts..to read love notes to her every day from guys i dont know
it hurts..to not know where you are what ur doing or who your with
it hurts..to trust some one when all you hear and see is bad news
it hurts..to worry
it hurts..to care
it hurts..to love
it hurts..in there..my heart
it hurts..to go a week without seeing that smile on her face
it hurts..to live in this godforsaken place
it hurts..to hear "maybe you shouldnt come see me"
it hurts..to see the tears on ur face that ive caused..good or bad

my heart is breaking
my knees are weak
my breath your taking
i wait another week

to see that smile
upon your face
i drive hundreds of miles
from this forgotten place

just to see my sunshine
my one true happiness
they fill me with sadness

the things i see
the pain inside
when ur not with me
are you really mine

i ask whats wrong
no asnwer you give
i wonder all along
how can i live

without you by my side
i sit and i hurt
but i cannot cry
i just keep wondering..wondering why

why do this to me
all the things that i do
you refuse to see
i only wanted to be with you

and now i say
with such a sad face
is today the day
are you leaving alone..in this forgotten place
