night gods

i approach a calm lake on a still night
the night gods watch over me
i breath deeply and feel they're presence
the night gods are always with me
the shadows creep along side me
the night gods are following me
three figures form behind me out of thin air
the night gods have found me
i begin to run in fear of being hurt
the night gods want to punish me
they fallow at speeds faster then light
the night gods are determined to get me
i run faster but i know they will catch me
the night gods can't be outrun
and then in the blink of an eye....
DARKNESS surrounds me
all falls silent...
my heart sits still..
death approaches slowly...
i lay on the ground for a mere few moments...
when i wake up...
i feel more POWERFUL
my eyes change from blue to black
my warm skin becomes cold
power surges into my vary bones
then i realize....
i was never just a human,
or even a mere vampire
i have always known that inside me...
i have always been
A NIGHT GOD......
