sometimes i cut because i dont know wat else to do but i know wat its like to be betrayed and cutting is just going to make worse its going to make even more angry about wat they did u just have to forget about them and wat they did to break ur heart

Dont cut please.
A lot of people are very helpful on this site and if it wernt for this place, I would still be cutting to this day. Try to get your mind off of it, listen to music and turn it up loud and sing to it or write down how you feel in like a poem or something. That helps me sometimes, maybe it could work for you. =]

I had a boyfriend once. He cut, but he hated himself so much he used an old fashioned ink pen to do it instead of the traditional razor.
I kept telling him to stop it, that all the fights we had weren't really worth injuring himself over, and because he didn't his arm got infected. He almost lost his left hand. Point is, stuff like that seriously isn't worth injuring yourself over, no matter WHAT the problem is. My suggestion? Get help. You can go to a school guidance counselor, your parents, the hospital, school nurse - there are lots of people who can help you with your problem, and there's medicine you can take to make you stop wanting to do it so much.

put the blade down n wak away slowly. turn arounfd n dont look back. if tht doesnt wrk thn chuck really far out in ur lawn. put it in a crick. burrie it. just put it somewhere wer u no tht u wont find it. make it go away 4evr

its not as easy to stop cutting as a lot of ppl think...i have tried to stop so many times i know how u feel...

Cutting yourself is a form of mental disorder.
Just stop and try your hardest to look at the good things in your life. If that doesn't work tell yourself how you're better than that and build yourself up a bit.
