OK ID SAY you tube!!! FORREAL I LEARNED soooooo muuchh ON APPLYING MAKEUP
as far as brands... theres different kinds from your simple wet and wild to l'oreal to even mac. so you have to choose if you like liquid or a pencil.

for guys id recommend the pencil for that smudge grunge look.
i thinkits pretty hott.

[ TIP] rub the liner in btwn ur palms.. like rolling it? it heats the pencil and applies alot smoother.. or hold the pencil under hot water for 20 seconds that works too ;]

I think eyeliner on guys is awsome. I just go to hot topic if you have one in your area they have really good eyeliner.

first wear liquid eyeliner
1.twist cap
2.close eye
3.apply carefully in top of eye like drawing strait line
4.its mch easyer to take off
then apply pencil black color on bottom
1.open eye
2.get pencil
3.draw were eye hairs are
4. you got perfect emolicious eyes
