I need help I always feel sick like im going to through up i have bloody noses every day and I cant keep steady because im losing to much blood and i dont know wat to do. im losing weight like crazy and im always really really pale all the time and im usually cold so i shiver in my sleep

Oh,and when you bleed,pull your head back,and keep something cold on your neck.The blood will stop soon.Believe me,my parents are doctors

If you're getting nosebleeds frequently where are they coming from first?
If it's towards the nostril then sit or stand straight and pinch your nose, ice packs help.

If its coming from right up and at the back of your nose DO NOT tilt your head back, this can cause blood to trickle back down your throat and into your lungs.

If you really are bleeding this frequently you must see a doctor, this could be a symptom of something much more serious.

On the weight issue, eat Lots of carbohydrates and suppliment it with some fatty foods (not mc donalds or any junk), your body will use carbohydrates before it uses fats, so if you have plenty of carbohydrates you should start to see your weight stabilise.
