Im so screwd
im 16, 5"2", n the bad part is that i weight only 79. i have two eating disorders n i was hopeing that someone could help me. the food feels better comming up then going down. i will not go to a theripist or a group and most certainly not my parents. Plaes Help Me. ino wat to do to stop but i just cant, it not that easy

Hey xxcookxx,
Eating disorders are the WORST but not impossible to overcome! I have one myself, it's really hard and at times I catch myself going to back to my old eating patterns but I try to not go there...Question for ya...Why do you feel you need to be so thin? For me, I felt and sometimes feel that I need to be really thin so that people will like me, accept me, think I'm good looking, etc...I have this feeling that if I get fat or gain weight that people will stop liking me, which i know is messed up but it's hard to overcome that fear...plus im gay, so thats another strike against me huh :-p Also, do u obsess over one body part? Like, u don't think ur thighs are thin enough, or is it just a general feeling all over? Are u doing anything that u really love, um, like any fun hobbies? Hang in there hun, i know how it is, ur not alone, so hopefully thats a little bit reassuring... Hope ur doing ok  ~Night
