If your hearing voices that you know are definatley not real I HIGHLY recommend seeing a GP/Doctor or a therapist.

Either one can prescribe Risperidone which is used for treatment in this case.

It's definatley not paranoia, paranoia is an irrational fear of something happening because of something else, for example; being scared to fly on a plane because the pilot might be drunk.

But you might be lucky, They could be off-chance auditory haleucinations.

Worst case scenario is that it's schitzophrenia, but thats unlikely.
