it's kinna akward talking about with people but you guys seem pretty nice. i cant sleep at night. i hear these whispers and it freaks me out. i dont know what to do!! i go 2 sleep as late as 3, 4 in the morning! and school starts soon!! can anyone please help???
i know i might sound like a weirdo but it's really scaring me and therapy is not an option.. they just make it worse

yoo probably have GAD.
paranoia is wher yoo feel like EVERYONE, even friends, are out to get you.
Even random people, you feel like ther out to get you.
GAD is gerenalized anxiety disorder.
i found out i didnt have paranoia, and it was jst GAD.
best thing is to talk to a therapist EARLY.
if you dont deal with it early,
it can last for 6 months or over.
Sounds scary >.<
usually, i feel safe when i sleep in my dads room on the couch. xD
lol, i sound stupid.
but i rather sleep suddenly in my dads room
than trying to sleep in my room for about 3 hours and not getting enough sleep.
but my house is huge, and it creeks a lot, and sound carries strangley.
so thats why i get freaked out.
LOL. i still need help.
i think my therapist is on vacation...
really bad. D:

i mean, no one is perfect.
i told a bunch of my friends that

and so they know why i have an unexpectant mood swing.
and school already started 2 weeks. XD

yea she probably would understand. she knows about all my other issues so ths wouldnt be too different. yea i have funny mood swings too.. itz really annoying and kinna scary o_0
