I know this isn't like love or anything but it sort of health related but i can't seem to stop cutting my wrists can any of you help me out its gotten real bad. and i just wanna stop before my parents see or my friends especially cos they might stop liking me cos of it and start thinking i am wierd. i am being very serious about this the cuts aren't that deep but i still need help please.

Your friends wont stop liking you. If they do, then those who leave and those who stay will show your real friends.
I used to cut and a few of my friends found out and they all told me to come in with my blades the next day and when I did, they took them and gave me a rubber band. o.O Anywho, like... for me, its always in the back of my head. Its always nagging me because I was stupid enough to let it go on long enough to become an addiction. So what I do is I either listen to music and sing along with it. Or I draw or write poems, I have one in the poems section about how I feel when I get the urge to cut. And if you listen to music, turn it up super loud and sing like your on crack. ;D I do that and its fun plus it gets rid of the feeling along with the rubber band. =]

ok first why do u cut yourself and what make u want to everttime you go to do it i have been there before i went through a whole year cutting and then stop an then did it again anyways i would love to help send me a message

Jesus fucking Christ, get help! This is the stupidest thing I see on her ALL THE TIME. What's worse is that nobody ever just says 'go to a counselor', which is all it takes.
Go to a school nurse, guidance counselor, parent, fuck.. tell your doctor at your next check-up/physical. They seriously do know how to help, and can help you curb your addiction. Rubber bands are a healthy alternative, too.

i dunno why i do it. it has just become a habit. i started cos i got really depressed and then i just kept on doing it

does anybody have any sugestions on how to stop cos there is no way i'm going to the docter or hospital or therapy i don't need it right now i just wanna give up by myself before it gets to ou of hand

Okey dokey ^^ throw your blades down the garbage disposal and turn it on high. Then wear a rubber band around your wrist - whenever you feel the urge to cut, just snap the rubber band at it.
