My mind can focus on alot of things at once becuase i am used to it lol!
And that is good anxiety attacks are not healthy for you!

Well that is hard to do except i can focus on many things on end and will not screw with me!
You have to be careful your mind can be deceiving!

Hmmmmmmm the best thing to do is not to think but to watch an oject up close and start working your eyes out to a different object and focus on that and move back and forth between those and do it to other objects in your room!

What type of mental breakdown?
You should take a break from the load of homework and get some rest or do something fun for your mind and do not think about it! Then you should be better!
