Maybe a thing at the side of your post where your location is saying what gender you are? As i can't tell if im talking to a girl or a boy, especially if they want hair help and dont post pictures >_> And if they dont want to say what there gender is you could either put "Gender: non specified" or not have the "Gender: " Next to their post. I hope this makes sense.
